絲印玻璃

絲印玻璃：是根據客戶的絲印圖案，定做好網版，利用絲網印版，使用玻璃釉料，在玻璃制品上進行裝飾性印刷。玻璃釉料也稱玻璃油墨、玻璃印料，它是由著色料、連結料混合攪拌而成的糊狀印料。著色料由無機顏料、低熔點助熔劑(鉛玻璃粉)組成；連結料在玻璃絲印行業中俗稱為利板油。印刷后的玻璃制品，要放火爐中，以520~600℃的溫度進行燒制，印刷到玻璃表面上的釉料才能固結在玻璃上，形成絢麗多彩的裝飾圖案。如果將絲印與其它加工方法并用的話，會得到更理想的效果。例如利用拋光、雕刻、腐蝕等方法在印刷前或印刷后對玻璃表面進行加工處理，能夠加倍地提高印刷效果。絲印玻璃分為：高溫絲印與低溫絲印，不同使用場合絲印方案不同；絲印玻璃也可以進行鋼化處理，鋼化后在表面形成強大而均勻的應力，中心層則形成張應力。鋼化玻璃有強大的壓應力存在，受到外力沖擊后，外壓作用產生的張應力，被強大的壓力所抵消。因此，機械強度成倍地增加。特性：當玻璃破碎時，形成碎小的顆粒狀，可大大減少對人體的傷害；其強度約為非鋼化玻璃的5倍以上；耐溫度是普通玻璃(未鋼化玻璃)的三倍以上；所以深圳誠隆玻璃廠強烈推薦所有的絲印玻璃使用鋼化處理，可大大提高絲印玻璃的安全使用性。
